Mutton Kheema ยป Chic made easy




  • Mutton mince-250 gms
  • Onion(finely chopped)-4 small
  • Tomato(finely chopped)-2 small
  • Ginger-garlic paste-2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder-2 tsp
  • Red chilly powder-1 tbsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Cumin powder-1 tsp
  • Coriander powder-2 tsp
  • Bay leaves-2 
  • Water-1 cup
  • Oil-1 tbsp
  • Garam Masala-a pinch


  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker
  • Add in bay leaves,chopped onions and ginger garlic paste
  • Saute till onions turn golden
  • Add in chilly powder,cumin powder,coriander powder and turmeric and stir
  • Now add the tomatoes and salt
  • Fry in medium flame till tomatoes are cooked properly
  • Now add in the mutton mince and fry for 10 min
  • Pour in water and close the lid 
  • Let it cook till 4-5 whistles
  • Once done,open the lid and sprinkle garam masala
  • Serve hot with roti or buttered buns
