Cuisine:Chinese Type:Dimsum Ingredients:   Fresh Shrimp(minced)-2 cups Onion chopped finely-1cup Garlic(finely minced)-3/4th bulb Spring onions(finely chopped)-2 stalks Butter or lard-2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce-2 tsp Ajinomoto-1 pinch White pepper-2tsp Salt-as per taste Wonton Wrappers Procedure: Mix all ingredients except Wonton wrappers When the mixture becomes uniform,let it rest for 30 minutes After 30 minutes,take the wonton wrapper and add about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and seal the wrapper neatly Steam it in a steamer for about 10 minutes or till you find it glazy enough Serve hot
